This Privacy Policy explains how Loggenda ("Loggenda", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use the Loggenda application and website.

If you have any questions regarding this Privacy Policy or how your personal data is handled, you can contact us at the email address above.
2. What is Loggenda?
Loggenda is a personal tracking application that allows users to register and track activities and content such as books, movies, television series, video games and other types of content.
Users can also create personal goals, associate items with those goals and monitor their progress through dashboards and other tracking features.
Loggenda can be used without creating an account.
3. Use of Loggenda Without an Account
You can use Loggenda without registering or logging in.
When you use Loggenda without an account, information you create within the application — such as your tracked items, goals, progress and related settings — is stored locally on your device using the device's local storage.
This information is not associated with an online Loggenda account unless you choose to create or use one.
Because this information is stored locally, deleting the application, clearing its application data, changing devices or otherwise removing the application's local storage may result in the loss of this information.
Loggenda does not currently provide online or social functionality for users who use the application without an account.
4. Information We Collect
The information collected by Loggenda depends on whether you use the application without an account or while logged in.
4.1 Information stored locally

This information remains on your device unless you choose to use functionality that sends or persists it to our servers.
4.2 Account information
If you choose to create a Loggenda account, we may collect information necessary to create and manage your account, such as:
- Email address.
- Authentication information required to securely authenticate your account.
- Information associated with your Loggenda account.
We only use this information to provide account-related functionality and to associate your Loggenda data with your account.
4.3 User-generated content
When you use Loggenda while logged in, information that you create or manage through the application may be stored on our servers.
This may include:

We do not use your personal information for purposes unrelated to the operation of Loggenda unless we obtain your consent or are otherwise legally permitted or required to do so.
6. Data Storage
Loggenda uses two different storage models depending on how you use the application.
Local storage
When you use Loggenda without an account, your data is stored locally on your device.
Server storage
When you create or use a Loggenda account, information associated with your account may be transmitted to and stored on our backend infrastructure and database.
Data transmitted between the application and our servers is protected using appropriate security measures, including encrypted communications such as HTTPS where applicable.
7. Data Sharing
Loggenda does not sell or rent your personal information.
We may share or provide access to information only when necessary to operate Loggenda, for example with service providers that provide infrastructure, hosting, database, authentication or other technical services required to operate the application.
Such providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to us and are expected to maintain appropriate security and confidentiality measures.
We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, legal process or a valid request from a competent authority.
Loggenda does not currently provide functionality for publicly sharing your personal tracking data with other Loggenda users.
8. Third-Party Services
Loggenda may rely on third-party infrastructure or services necessary to provide certain functionality.
Where third-party services process personal information on our behalf, we take reasonable steps to ensure that such processing is limited to the purposes necessary to provide the service and is subject to appropriate contractual and security safeguards where required by applicable law.
Any third-party services used by Loggenda will be reflected in the relevant privacy disclosures and, where applicable, in the Google Play Data Safety section.
9. Advertising and Tracking
Loggenda does not sell personal information to advertisers.
Loggenda does not use personal information for targeted advertising.
If this changes in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or when the relevant functionality is introduced, as required by applicable law.
10. Data Retention
For users who do not create an account, information stored locally remains on the device until it is deleted by the user or removed through actions such as deleting application data or uninstalling the application.
For registered users, account-related information and associated data are retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and maintain the user's account, unless the user requests deletion or a longer retention period is required by law.
When an account deletion request is completed, we will delete or anonymize the personal information associated with the account, except where we are legally required or permitted to retain certain information.
11. Account Deletion
If you have a Loggenda account, you may request deletion of your account and the personal information associated with it.
To request deletion, contact:
Please include the email address associated with your Loggenda account so that we can identify the account and process the request.
When an account deletion request is completed, the account and associated personal data will be deleted, subject to any information that we are legally required to retain.
Deleting an account does not necessarily delete information that has previously been stored exclusively on a device. Local data can be deleted directly by removing the relevant data from the Loggenda application or by uninstalling the application, depending on the platform.

Depending on your country and applicable data protection legislation, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:
- The right to access your personal information.

Loggenda is not specifically directed at children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances where such collection is prohibited by applicable law.
If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information inappropriately, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
